After filling out your Architectural Form, we will require the following information as well.

  • We need a copy of your survey that is in your closing package.
  • We need to know the licensed company hired, or if you are doing the work yourself.
  • We need to know what materials are being used.
  • We need to know if you or your contractor have the proper permits for your project.
  • On the copy of your survey, mark the location of your project i.e. (shed, fence, addition) on your property and the measurements.
  • If you are installing a pre-built shed, please provide a picture and paint color blotch. (Remember, the color of the shed has to match the color of the house.

    After completing the form and providing all the information, please  mail it to:

    You may also scan your documents and e-mail them to
    arch@hamiltonplaceofunionhoa.com.


    If you choose to send them by mail, please send us an e-mail as notification that the documents have been mailed.


    The approval process can take up to 30 days after the architectural committee receives the application.
